Philanthropy is one of the three major focusses of TIWC. Social Service Chairperson visits many charity organizations in Taipei area and report their needs to the Board of Directors. After several visits, follow ups and careful consideration, the club formally choses organization(s) to help, either financially or through volunteer work.
This is what makes TIWC so special. Many international members also found a way to give back to the society through TIWC Social Service projects during their stay in Taiwan, making their stay more memorable.
